Shipping & Delivery


All our orders are shipped using tracked service by major, trusted postal services to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely for your peace of mind. We partner with global manufacturers,merchants and artisans to provide you with the best prices and most unique products. This means that your order is shipped directly from our partners in various global locations using fully tracked courier services. 

We will do our absolute best to meet the estimated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery time as there may be circumstances that are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will do everything it takes for you to be a happy customer. By purchasing from Lush Mod, you accept these terms and conditions.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times:

To USA : 14-40 business days

To Canada : 20-40 business days

To Australia & New Zealand: 21-45 business days 

To Europe : 21-40 business days

To Asia : 21-40 business days

To Middle East : 25-50 business days

To the Rest of the World: 25-70 business days

Please Note:

  • Due to high demand for certain products, allow up to 40 business days for delivery to the U.S, Canada and Australia and up to 70 business days for the rest of the world (excluding weekend and public holidays).
  • While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances such as busy holiday and festive seasons and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping companies/postal services.
Order Confirmation 
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of the checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed. 
    Order Tracking
    You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is dispatched or once the tracking number is made available typically 3-7 business days after the purchase.You can check the progress of your order from our order tracking page. Please note that the tracking information can take 3-5 business days to load onto the system. If no information is displayed we would advise that you check again in a few days time.
    If you're still unable to track your order, email us to and provide us with your tracking number, the email address used to place the order, and order number.  We'll look into the matter as soon as possible!
          Detailed breakdown of the delivery process is provided below:

          The time frame for order delivery is divided into two sections:

          Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
          • All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
          • The average processing time is approximately 3-7 business days.
          • Please Note: For popular / high demand items experiencing stock availability issues, the processing time may be more than 15 business days.
          Shipping/ Transit Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our global partners’ warehouses to your door.            
          • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
          • By default, we ship most orders with Epacket (a USPS product), delivered by the respective national postal service such as USPS (U.S), Royalmail (U.K), Postnl (Europe) & Singapore Post (Asia).
          • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched/made available.
          • If you order does not arrive when expected please use the tracking feature on the website to get a real time status update on your product.
              Delivery Restrictions

              Currently we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses unfortunately.

              Delayed Delivery 
              In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. Delays may be cause due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, invalid address, custom inspections etc. In such cases, we will ship out a new package or offer a full refund if there is no tracking updates for more than 50 business days.

              Customs Duties/ Import Taxes
              Customs fees/ import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Lush Mod is not responsible for destination import taxes and/or duty charges that may incur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Do note on rare occasions custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages. We are unable to take responsibility should such a delay occur, as the release of the package is at the sole discretion of customs officials.  We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release. If you have any issues, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
